A little clarity for your day.
Start a screen broadcast to track supported content activity. You decide when to start and stop.
Feedlight organizes observed activity into sessions, content mix, and patterns. Results depend on what can be captured and analyzed.
Use your picture to decide what you want more of, less of, or differently in your content habits.
Feedlight describes tracked activity. You bring the context of your own experience—what felt useful, what felt distracting, and what you would like to change.
Awareness should begin with understanding what you are sharing. You choose the session, and you stay in control of when it ends.
Tracking begins with a screen broadcast you start. Stop before opening private content or entering sensitive information.
Insights depend on what is observed and analyzed. They do not determine your feelings or capture every part of your day.
Account deletion is part of Feedlight. The privacy policy explains data handling, retention, and deletion.
You do not need to change your whole relationship with your feed overnight. Start with one question, then choose an adjustment that makes sense for you.
What are you opening your feed for: a laugh, an idea, a little discovery? Give that moment a purpose.
Look back at a longer session. Did it last as long as you intended? Decide where you would like a stopping point next time.
Notice the topics that kept appearing. Decide what you would like more of, less of, or something different from.
Ideas for personal reflection, not personalized medical advice or a promise of in-app coaching. Your experience is yours to interpret.

No. Feedlight is built around screen broadcasts that you start and stop. It does not silently begin tracking when you open a social app. A broadcast can include sensitive information that appears on your screen, so stop before opening private content.
The launch focus is supported short-form content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, on iPhone. Detection and analysis depend on what is visible and supported; not every item will necessarily be identified or analyzed.
No. Daily Balance, Content Strain, and Recovery describe patterns in observed content activity. They are reflection tools, not medical measurements or diagnoses. They do not determine your feelings, measure psychological stress, or prove a health effect. Gaps in tracking do not prove time away from screens.
Feedlight offers perspective, not a moral judgment. It does not determine exactly how content affects you or give medical or therapeutic advice. You bring the context of your own experience and decide which habits to keep or change.
